Recipe: Homemade paleo siracha

Alright here is a must have for your paleo kitchen, heck any kitchen for that matter. I used the recipe from the new nom mom paleo cookbook. This is so simple that there should be no reason you are running to the store to buy siracha.
What you need:
Food processor or blender
Saute pan
1 1/2 pounds of red jalapeño peppers (cut and seeded)
Garlic (8 cloves, peeled and roughly sliced)
Honey (3 tbsp)
Red boat fish sauce(2tbsp)
Apple cider vinegar(1\3 cup)
Tomato paste(3tbsp)
Salt(1 1\2 tsp)

Ingredients

Next, throw all of your ingredients into the food processor or blender.

Next, puree until a smooth consistency.

Next, pour your mixture into your saute pan and get it to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool and put it in a container in the fridge. Boom! You have homemade paleo siracha.

Oh yes and before you start cutting those peppers always use protection. Remember the more of the jalapeño seeds you throw in there the hotter it will be.

I used a simple sandwich bag to cover my hand while I cut the peppers.
